Welcome to Linkdash ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, short-link service, dashboard, CLI, and related applications (collectively, the "Service") operated by Igor Kirnosov s.p.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

By creating an account or using our Service, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
• Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account

Linkdash is a short-link service that provides:

• Short links for URLs, uploaded files, and text snippets
• Optional passwords and expiry dates
• Click analytics such as country, city, device, and referrer
• A dashboard and a CLI that can create, update, and read the same links
• Monthly subscription plans billed through Polar

The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, file storage, analytics, email, and payments. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to the third party's terms.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your password and CLI / agent keys
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

You retain ownership of the destinations, files, and text you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and transmit that content as necessary to provide short links, redirects, previews, and analytics.

You are responsible for the links you create and the content they point to. You must have the rights to share any file or text you upload. We may disable or remove links that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or the law.

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To distribute malware, phishing pages, or other harmful content
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service
• To exceed plan limits by abusing the API, CLI, or redirects

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Igor Kirnosov s.p. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the Service or contact us at support@linkdash.dev.

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Igor Kirnosov s.p. excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise.

In no event shall Igor Kirnosov s.p., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
